Seamlessly blending the old with the new, this period property has been finished to a high standard whilst retaining its original charm through features such as exposed beams and feature fireplaces. Ideally located in the heart of Pateley Bridge, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in life as a local with walks beside the River Nidd and a visit to the Oldest Sweet Shop in the World.

At the heart of this charming former courthouse is the living room, filled with an eclectic array of colours and feature pieces that bring the room to life. The focal point of the room is the dramatic gas fire, creating a cosy space for all the family to relax. Next door, the kitchen is sleek and contemporary with a neutral colour palette and ample space to prepare celebratory feasts, or simply serve up a local takeaway. Down a few steps from the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area, complete with a piano for any musical talents within the group. Upstairs, the bedrooms have been beautifully designed featuring two doubles and a twin room for flexibility, each with its unique design in fitting with the rest of the property. All three rooms share the use of the country-style bathroom with a comfortable bathtub for long evening soaks.

We had a great stay for two weeks. Nice rooms and a lot of comfort. The village and surroundings are amazing. So much to see and do.

Really lovely cottage. We didnt want to leave as it was so nice! Beautiful features and lovely touch with the prosecco, milk and biscuits. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone!

A warm welcoming house, plenty of room and a terrific location to Pateley Bridge high street. I cannot recommend the Court House higher. Communication prior to arrival was excellent as was the ease of access on arrival. We hope to return again in the near future. Thank you

Lovely property, tastefully renovated and decorated, fantastic location with all amenities in easy walking distance. It was a very nice touch to have free range eggs supplied from the owners farm!!
