With stunning views over the surrounding countryside, you can visit Cow Corner, just a short walk away, and sample fresh, delicious milk from the cows you see in the fields behind you. The traditional market town of Thirsk is only a few miles away where you can enjoy a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants or visit The world of James Herriot museum. With so many attractions nearby, you will be spoilt for choice. Visit the medieval city of York, the world heritage site of Fountains Abbey or, for thrill-seekers, Flamingo Land and Lightwater Valley is only a short drive away. For those who enjoy the outdoors, both the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors are within easy reach, perfect for walkers and cyclists alike.

Stepping inside this stylish and spacious holiday home, you are greeted by a bright entrance hall. Moving through to the stunning lounge with large bi-folding doors which open out into the garden, the ideal space for all of the family to socialise whilst watching the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you could need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. There is a separate WC and also an office, perfect for anyone wanting to catch up on a little bit of work whilst away. On the first floor are three good-sized bedrooms, all with Smart TV's, one double and two twins, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a bright bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. To complete this beautiful property, on the third floor is a king-sized bedroom with Smart TV and a separate WC.

Nice comfortable cottage equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend stay including a hot tub. Quiet location in a lovely village with adequate car parking just outside the cottage.

We had a fabulous weekend in this beautiful house in such a lovely location. So peaceful. It was so nice that we hardly left the place. !!! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay over New Year. The cottage was well equipped, clean and very spacious for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 kids and 2 dogs. The hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed a nice walk across the fields and around Pickhill. The Nags Head pub served lovely food and is literally on the door step. Great stay, would definitely stay again.
