Really lovely pub a short stroll down village with fantastic food and very friendly people. Unfortunately the bakery had closed down and the nearest shop was 5 minute drive which is the co op. No 4g or 5g you have to rely on the internet which kept dropping out. Lovely bedrooms nice and bright and a decent size living room and kitchen. Take a hairdRead moreryer though as there isnt one. Well equipped kitchen with a tassimo machine, normal size fridge with small freezer compartment. Nice walks too. Hide

This cottage is a nice size, well equipped and beautifully presented. It is in a lovely location, perfect for exploring both the north Yorkshire attractions and the Lakes. The food in the pub up the road is amazing, as is the local gin.

Lovely cottage in a quiet, friendly village. Well equipped and clean. Beautiful scenic walks through the country lanes with our dog and a very friendly pub a few doors down which serves great food. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit again soon.
