This contemporary fourth-floor apartment in North Bay is perfect for friends or family looking for a handy base for enjoying the beach and local attractions. It’s comfy and relaxing, with amazing sea views and private parking, plus it’s all on one level with a lift and has everything you need for a relaxing seaside break.

The apartment is in a smart block close to the seafront with stylish interiors and comfy furnishings. Take the stairs or lift up and go into the pretty, open-plan living area. Cook up a storm in the well-kitted out kitchen and ask Alexa to provide background music for mealtimes in the dining area. Curl up on the big L-shaped sofa and watch the Smart TV, soak up the incredible views, and open the French doors to the Juliette balcony to let the sea air in. There are two pretty bedrooms, a King size with a bay window and a twin with good storage for your going out clothes, both have Smart TVs so you can watch your favourite programme in bed. The double has an en-suite shower room plus there’s a gorgeous family bathroom. Pop downstairs and wander along the seafront for fresh air or grab a cheeky drink in a nearby beer garden.

With the beach, pubs, and shops just over 300 metres away you don’t have to go far for fun. Spend the day relaxing on the sands or trying a new water sport. Walk along the coast to the harbour (1 mile) and explore the castle on the headland. Go rowing at Peasholm Park (0.5 miles), play a round at North Cliff Golf Club (1 mile), watch a performance at the Open Air Theatre (0.5 miles) and be sure to sample Scarborough’s super bars, cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants.

Good offroad secure parking. Clean functional appartment just a short walk to beach. Good hub to get around the area. Will miss waking up to the beautiful view every morning.

We were extremely impressed with everything about this holiday accommodation. It was especially good as we took my mother who is not very mobile and needs a wheelchair. There was plenty of room to manouvre her around and space for her to move around with her frame. We booked this accommodation as it has a lift and very secure parking and access.
