Description

Everley Cottage is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Hackness and is surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Forge Valley. This beautiful cottage is part of Everley Country House Cafe, it is unique and full of character and has high quality fixtures and fittings. It has it's own enclosed garden with outside seating and off-street parking. The main part of the cottage is on one level therefore it may be suitable for people with mobility problems.

GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance: Up four steps into a hallway.
Lounge/Diner: TV with Freeview and DVD, woodburner, table and chairs, stairgate and wooden stairs leading up to a small gallery bedroom.
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard, dressing table, door leading out to the garden, en-suite.
En-Suite: roll-top bath, shower attachment, toilet, washbasin, wet room area with shower.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Wet room: Wet room area with shower, toilet, washbasin.
