Cottage is in a great location, but very quiet. The only sounds we heard were the seagulls! Bathroom was great and loved the shower.

Good facilities, well appointed, everything finished to a high standard. Lovely view of the harbour entrance from the top bedroom. Perfectly positioned for the East side beach where dogs are permitted. Immediate access to the 199 steps to the Abbey or to the old part of the town. A very comfortable holiday home.

Beautifully maintained and cleaned property. Living area was smaller than expected and not really sufficient for 4 adults unless we used the dining chairs. Location fantastic. Parking scratch cards nit much use as almost half an hour walk so we needed to do pay and display. Overall a lovely holiday and we would return

Lovely property and very well located. A shame the fantastic sea view was limited to a twin room, rather than making it into the double room or moving the lounge onto the top floor. Also a 9.00am checkout is a little early, now we are out of covid restrictions. Other than that, a very nice and convenient place to stay for the weekend.

You need to explain much more clearly how the parking for the property works as it was a nightmare to find where to park & we struggled to find a space. We went out of season so I dread to think what it is like in high season!

I have given the property information a score of 2 purely because of the parking information. It has as the website states "off-street" parking for which scratch cards are issued, what it doesn't tell you is that the "off-street" parking is about a 15 minute walk from the property and that whilst you can get to the property by driving along ChurchRead more Street this is a very tight cobbled street for which vehicular access is very restricted to certain days and times and parking outside for any period of time for off loading luggage etc would block the street. I really feel this should be made clearer on the website as should you be on your own with small children and dogs this could be quite stressful and not easy to manage. Apart from that the cottage is lovely with amazing views and couldn't fault it. Hide

Efficient service. All emails and texts were timely. Arrival and departure times should go back to pre-Covid and the prices are still extremely high but understand this is not necessarily in your remit to change.
