This delightful and cosy Victorian fisherman's cottage is ideally situated in the medieval Old Town, close to the South Bay and the seafront. Bronte's Rest has been furnished and decorated with great care, incorporating William Morris fabrics with stunning stained glass and traditional features.
With two comfortable bedrooms, Bronte’s Rest provides a peaceful sanctuary from which to enjoy a break by the coast. The cottage is just two minutes’ walk from Scarborough’s harbour and a beautiful sandy beach, as well as being perfectly positioned for many fantastic restaurants, ice cream parlours and quality fish & chip shops. After a busy day spent exploring all of Scarborough’s many attractions, you’ll love returning to the unique period charm and character of Bronte’s Rest, enjoying a relaxing glass of wine and a chat in the charming lounge in front of the traditional Victorian open fire or planning tomorrow’s adventure huddled around the kitchen table. The cottage can accommodate up to four guests, making it the ideal choice for families or a couple looking for a seaside break, and two small dogs are also welcome.
