Description

Experience first-class, sea-view accommodation near Scarborough's Esplanade, sleeping four guests in two good-sized bedrooms. This modern ground-floor holiday apartment is in a great South Cliff location, convenient for the Spa, south beach and local shops and within easy reach of the Town centre and the Foreshore. Enjoy fantastic views of gardens and parkland and over the Esplanade to the South Bay. Or going further afield it is only a short drive to the wide open spaces of the North York Moors National Park with plenty of walks and beautiful views on offer. Perfect for a special break for a couple or for a small family group with older children or grandparent. Only children over 6 allowed.

There are eight steps up to the main front door and through the communal entrance to this ground floor apartment.

Comfortable, stylish, well equipped and well worth the price.Our second stay this year. A very relaxing holiday in a nice area.i can recommend the service we had completely. Great spacious accommodation Really airy and spacious apartment just across esplanade to sea and views of coast. All clean and well-equipped though would have liked a hair drier. Well located for spa pavilion, clock cafe, gardens and lift to beach. Enjoyed lots of pleasant walks along the cliffs and visits to St Martin’s church with glorious pre- Raphaelite windows, museum and art gallery. Walking into town ok but maybe older visitors might need to use bus for longer trips and catch cliff lift back up to esplanade. A visitors’ book would be a welcome addition with some recommendations for places to eat and drink. Overall though would definitely recommend

The best yetI have been going to Scarborough for a long time , at least 20 yrs just for a break in between other breaks, this year I thought I would like to stay near the spa, I was truly spoiled the apartment is amazing everything you need for a lovely self catering break .The cleanliness is amazing, the apartment is well equipped with books dvds games for the children it’s light spacious and very very comfortable. The area where it is was a little tricky to park but only on changeover day, and it was a hot Saturday and Scarborough was heaving, after mid afternoon Sat we were able to park outside the apartment, also every day during our seven day break. You could go down to the spa on the lift or walk down the steps, there is a nice little pub/cocktail bar near the bottom of the road. There were supermarkets and a chemist nearby to. I must say we will be returning again next year

WOW FACTOR First time booking with bedwyns and certainly not the last straight forward booking well done guys x first time to this apartment LOVED IT now on our regular visiting list x this is a top star holiday let for affordable prices the owners are lovely it’s home from home comfort full size fridge freezer dishwasher /dryer Hot water heating if needed we had a fantastic stay can’t rate it high enough

A wonderful week at Brooklands Bellevue ScarboroughWe are regular visitors to Scarborough and this was our first stay at Brooklands Bellevue.I would recommend it to anyone,everything was bright and spotlessly clean and the furniture ,bedrooms and bathroom were excellent and we had a starter pack provided which was much appreciated after travelling from North Wales.The property is situated very close to the South Cliff lift that takes you down to the Spa and the beach. I have no hesitation in recommending Brooklands Bellevue to anyone who is seeking a quiet,peaceful holiday,and in a perfect position to enjoy everything that Scarborough has to offer. we look forward to returning in the near future

We can recommend this apartment most highly.A very comfortable apartment . This was our second stay and we were still most impressed at the excellent cleanliness. The apartment is very convenient for shops and takeaways, and very close to the esplanade and cliff lift to south bay. Hopefully we will be returning soon
