Newlands House is a luxurious and spacious four bedroom house which has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Set in the Newlands Park area of Scarborough the house is close to the North Bay beach and all of its attractions including Alpamare Water Park, North Bay Railway, Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Peasholm Park. There is also a pub close by, plus a post office and shop just a short walk away for all your holiday essentials. 

Offering a comfortable and contemporary place to stay, this is the ideal seaside retreat for a family or group holidaying together and is pet friendly too. Boasting stylish, quality furnishings including solid oak furniture, underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge, plus all the mod cons, you will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

With plenty of space for you to gather as a family, the open plan kitchen and lounge area are the perfect place to relax after a busy day out and about seeing the sights. There is also a separate dining room where you can eat together and plan your next day’s adventures. Outside you will find off street parking on the driveway plus an enclosed patio area with furniture and a barbecue for dining al fresco in the summer months. Upstairs you will find three comfortable, stylish and welcoming bedrooms and on the second floor the luxurious master bedroom features a deluxe king size bed and en suite bathroom.

Scarborough is an all year round destination, with its busy fishing harbour and marina a hub of excitement whatever the weather. Scarborough Castle is set in a stunning location and offers visitors panoramic views over the dramatic coastline. The 2,500-year old building is a must see for anyone visiting the area, and a wonderful day out for everyone.
There's so much to see and do during the day in this lovely seaside town, but also plenty of places to relax and unwind in the evening, including many bars and eateries along the seafront.
