Description

This stone-built barn conversion has been designed and built to the highest possible standard and is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a huge lounge with SONOS music system, pool table and a large Smart TV.  The barn is located on the edge of Harrogate and really has the best of both worlds! With secure off-street spacious parking for motor vehicles, motor homes, cycles, and boat trailers and more, within its spacious grounds. The Barn is located in 10 acres of private grounds and is set amongst rolling fields with incredible views over the countryside. There are great local pubs to choose from, or the thriving town centre of Harrogate is just 4 miles away. The YEC (Yorkshire Events Centre) is 3 miles away making our property an ideal place to relax and see the sights. Don't forget to bring your bike as cyclists regularly use this quiet road due to its challenging hills and lack of traffic plus the property is on the Tour De Yorkshire route! The owners provide you with a welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, and also a welcome hamper for your pets.  Why not relax in the designer aviator chairs and comfortable sofa and watch a Netflix film after your busy day exploring all that this wonderful area of North Yorkshire has to offer.  The luxury does not stop there, with dressing gowns and toiletries provided, take a soak in the free-standing bathtub or just unwind on the four-poster bed with views through the French windows over the hills and beyond, watch out for the local Kites flying through the countryside.  The comfort and tranquillity guarantee you a great night’s sleep!  For those of you arriving by helicopter, the Heli pad is just outside.
The Yorkshire Barn has both style and panache with unusual artwork throughout the property.  Just outside the entrance door is a dining area which overlooks the well-stocked gardens.  The owner’s attention to detail is second to none.  The famous Turkish Baths and the Royal Hall Theatre, Harrogate are just over 3 miles away and Harlow Carr is on the doorstep.  With a visiting beautician and bike hire, this is an ideal property for couples or friends looking to holiday in this stunning part of North Yorkshire.
