Avid walkers will love the variety on offer just a short distance from your holiday home, with the long-distance trail of the Pennine Way (1 mile) offering more of a challenge, whilst the local waterfall walks of Gayle Force and Aisgill (8 miles) are great for a more leisurely stroll. The market town of Hawes is well worth a visit, with weekly markets and a lovely selection of tearooms, independent shops and restaurants to choose from.
