Any other information: Whilst the cottage has been carefully designed for safety and comfort with tiled floors throughout on one ground floor level, and a large step in shower, I do not want this property to be used exclusively for people of very limited mobility. I do not wish for wheel chairs to be around the cottage used within the cottage when damage to the oak doors or walls might ensue. People with limited have thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage.                    
                       

Description

Set in a countryside location in Lower Wensleydale and on ground floor level, this cottage offers all modern conveniences and under floor ground-source heating throughout, yet still retains many features including the original exposed beams. It is accessed along a 1 mile track and is well equipped and tastefully furnished to a high standard making an excellent retreat for a relaxing break or exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Situated on the edge of an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and surrounded by rolling farmland, it is a walker's paradise with pretty riverside walks just minutes from the doorstep, and excellent opportunities for bird-watching.
