September - October Events

Two main events are held on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway in these months. The age of the steam railway is celebrated in the Autumn Steam Gala and the War Weekend in Pickering which transports you back to the 1940s. For something a little more alternative, come to Whitby for the Goth Festival. At the end of October, many attractions hold half-term events to entertain the family.
